Cancellation by Attendee

All event registrations, tickets, passes, and delegate bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In case an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, the organizer reserves the right to:

  • Provide access to the rescheduled event, or
  • Offer a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.
No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event after successful registration will be considered a no-show. No refunds or transfers will be provided in such cases.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment.
