Judging Process

  • ➔ Judging Criteria
    Each category will have specific evaluation criteria tailored to the focus area:
    Innovation (25%):
    How novel and groundbreaking the technology or approach is.
    Impact (35%):
    Demonstrated ROI, results, business outcomes, or tangible benefits.
    Scalability (20%):
    Applicability across industries, platforms, and audiences.
    Usability (10%):
    Ease of integration, implementation, support, and user experience.
    Communication (10%):
    Clarity, consistency, and creativity in how the tool conveys its purpose and value to users.
  • ➔ Judging Process
    The judging process will consist of 3 stages:
    Stage 1: Preliminary Screening
    • • An expert team reviews nominations to ensure completeness and eligibility.
    • • The top 10 nominees from each category are shortlisted.
    Stage 2: Jury Evaluation
    • • Jury members review shortlisted entries against the judging criteria.
    • • Scores are compiled, and the top 3 finalists in each category are selected.
    Stage 3: Final Deliberation
    • • A final round of deliberation by the jury panel.
    • • Discussions on case studies, live demonstrations, or Q&A with nominees.
    • • Winners and runners-up finalisation.
  • ➔ Enduring Fairness & Integrity
    Judges participating in the competition abstain from voting on entries within their categories, maintaining impartiality and avoiding potential bias. A robust code of conduct governs the evaluation process, ensuring a fair and unbiased review of every submission. This commitment guarantees that only the most outstanding and impactful work is honored.
  • ➔ Confidentiality
    All submitted materials will remain strictly confidential and accessible only to the judges. The winners will be announced on the ad:tech New Delhi event on the second day of the event - 6th March 2025, Yashobhoomi, IICC, Dwarka.
    • • Jury members sign an NDA to maintain confidentiality.
    • • Any conflicts of interest are disclosed before the evaluation begins.

Nomination Checklist

Step 1 - Select your category- Please carefully review the Award categories listed and choose the most appropriate for your entry

Step 2 - Prepare your nomination - Each entry requires mandatory form to be filled, along with supporting documents and video link of case studies. We will require data proof of each entry since the award is based on the use of technology. Please go through the form and required details so that you can prepare your nomination.

Step 3 - Nomination Fees:
Categories 1-10: INR 25,000 + GST per nomination
Innovation Category: INR 40,000 + GST per nomination

Submission & Payment: Please note that each nomination must be submitted separately. If you wish to apply for multiple categories, you will need to complete the nomination process for each category individually. After completing your nomination form, kindly submit it and proceed with the online payment to finalize your submission.
