2. Carrying a print out of this invoice to collect the item is advisable.

Event Terms & Conditions :

1. Any cancellation within 48 hours of registration or less will entitle to a full refund. More than 30 days before the event, 70%. Less than 30days before, no refund can be provided. Any cancellation after 48 hours of registration, client is entitled to pay full payment and will get credit note.
2. Trescon reserves the right to modify the dates and or venue of the event and to communicate such changes to all the registered participants in the shortest possible timeframe. Such modifications shall not be considered as a cancellation and shall not entitle any refund.
3. In case of cancellation of the event, a full refund will be provided within 60 days. Trescon cannot be held responsible for any damage arisen to or cost incurred by the participants, were they directly or indirectly due to such cancellation, postponement or relocation.
4. Trescon may only use an individual delegate’s personal information for the purpose of sending to the individual delegate details of its services or those offered its marketing partners or members of its group.
5. Trescon is granted the right to use, for promotional purposes, any material recorded at the Event, whether in photographic, audio or audio visual format, without time limitation and in any format. The attendees hereby give up any privacy rights they might have due to their presence at the Event.
